There have been moments in my life when I have to make a major decision. I usually go for a walk to clear my head, then think things through. Often times, I go to my favorite fountain. Each city I’ve lived in has one in the area, if not downtown, close by. In Jacksonville, Florida they have the “Friendship Fountain” by Architect Taylor Hardwick. The largest I’ve ever seen, it changes colors periodically. I captured quite a few photos of the fountain, but most of the wider shots lacked clarity in the water and the architecture in the background.
I decided to use this to my advantage by zooming in on smaller sections of the fountain. The images became more abstract and lively. I love the colors! I hope to put a small series of images together if the remaining images have the unique clarity of this one.
