🙂 One of the best days of my life. Still in birthday celebration mode, I went to the Park determined to walk a mountain trail for the first time in my life. Even if it was a short distance. The longer I walked, the smaller all of the cars looked when I caught glimpses of the highway.

At this point, I was high enough to see beyond the mountain range to the darker shade of blue, the Pacific Ocean. Glorious. I remember looking around thinking, ‘God, You have to see this!’ It sounds dumb when I think about it logically, but I needed to share the moment with someone. I had the feeling of: ‘I can probably touch Heaven from up here.’

People rode by me on mountain bikes. I saw couples walking several yards away. Seeing the world from this perspective changes you in a positive way. None of my photos do the scenes justice. Though, I am happy to have these photos intact.
