A Time to Kill

A Time to Kill

“A young lawyer defends a black man accused of murdering two men who raped his 10-year-old daughter, sparking a rebirth of the K.K.K.”

The closing argument by Jake Brigance (Matthew McConaughey) in the final courtroom scene was the best highlight out of many. Now, this isn’t the most fascinating poster, but it will do. It’s not just the plot that makes a great film, the right people have to play the right characters and their roles have to play off of each other. This film does it very well.
