It doesn’t really matter where I go, I see an opportunity to take a photo on something. This time, I was at the MGM Grand Hotel here in Downtown Las Vegas. Similar to what you see at an airport, this hallway is so long you can ride the moving belt from one end to the other. I wanted to keep people out of the shot meaning I could only capture about half of this space.
As for editing, I color-corrected this scene and it looked awfully boring. I prefer the rustic color tone; the lines throughout the composition help add interest to me. I also tested the scene out in black & white, which usually works better for my taste. However, the color version wins easily.
I hope you guys like it.
