Touch the Shore (2018)

Series | Vilano Beach – 25″ x 60″

I have been continuing to Edit the “Vilano Beach” Series, which was captured almost three months ago. It’s been challenging to Sort through because over 600 shots were taken. Normally, I take less than 150 shots per outing. Yet, the location was so beautiful and so many opportunities for good photography were available.

Currently, eleven scenes are included in the Series. I still have, at least, a few more potential photographs to add depending on how Editing goes. However, “Touch the Shore” is the best shot I have, so far. Rarely do I crop the scenes I capture, but I saw the potential in this one. The idea was to focus the Viewer’s attention on the best part of the scene.

Acrylic Print 30″ x 72″ | Available on Fine Art America

In the past, I have been more heavy-handed with Editing Adjustments. Yet, I want this scene to be as natural as possible. The Edits are more subtle. Most of the emphasis is on the Composition. I absolutely love it. Hopefully, Art Collectors will feel the same. The success of this Art piece will only influence me to find more scenes like it.

Whether on Acrylic Print, Framed Print, or other available Products, I believe it will be a great addition to a Corporate or Residential Space.

I hope to share more work soon.
